The Reality Check: “At Memes and Seams, we don’t have a dusty warehouse full of pre-made shirts. Every single item is custom-printed just for you the moment you order it. Because of this ‘made-to-order’ magic, even two identical designs might have slight, unique variations. We’re small-batch, not mass-produced.”
Shipping Info: “Our gear is printed, stitched, and shipped from various specialized partners across the USA. If you order a candle and a hoodie, they might arrive in separate packages at different times. It’s like getting two presents instead of one.”
The Return Policy (The “Keep It Simple” Version): “Because every item is custom-made to your specific choice of size, color, and design, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.“
Size Matters: Ordering the wrong size is considered ‘user error’ (don’t worry, we’ve all been there). Since we can’t ‘un-print’ a shirt, please double-check the size charts before you hit that ‘Send It’ button.
Defective Items: If the manufacturer messed up (e.g., a hole in the seam or a print that looks like a Rorschach test gone wrong), we’ve got your back.
The Fix: Reach out via our Contact Page within 14 days of delivery. If it’s a verified manufacturing error, we will send a replacement. In some cases, the manufacturer may request the defective item back; if so, we’ll let you know the steps.
